When I checked in I told the lady at the front desk that I was here for relaxing she told me there was a cheerleading squad coming and they would put me on the 5th floor far away from the cheerleaders who were staying on the second floor. Every time I entered a building or left I was always asked if I need anything and how is everything going. I couldn't believe how clean my room was I've been to so many hotels and there's always something dirty this was just amazing I actually went downstairs to tell the lady that the front desk how shocked I was on how clean it was LOL this is not the first time I stayed in a Fairfield in the last one was in Chattanooga and it was also the same high quality. And one last thing the breakfast was amazing they even served a toasted croissant with egg and Ham they had other things as scrambled eggs and meat but that was a surprisingly good breakfast sandwich for a complimentary breakfast there was a lot to choose from. All of the staff were so friendly it almost didn't seem real LOL wonderful people

I liked the location! It was so easy to walk to Sundance square, literally a 5 min walk. There’s a Starbucks 700 feet from this hotel inside the Omni. Quiet part of downtown.

The hotel was one crosswalk away from the convention I was working, so location was key. The facilities were clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. Buffet style breakfast is always a plus while traveling for work.

The breakfast was very good for us, good selection & excellent HOT coffee! Also, young man at front desk was very professional & helpful, sorry I didn't get his name, however, when checking out the following morning I mentioned to the lady at the desk & she informed me he had only been there 2 weeks. He appeared to be valuable, so hope he stays on.
